Spreads, bureau data, and credit policy stay where they are. Credeity tests material representations in the file against financial-institution and authoritative-source evidence so those claims are corroborated rather than assumed.
What Credeity verifies
Borrower-authorized accounting exports and bank statements are reconciled for Tier 1 obligations. Authoritative-source records (entity, license, exclusions, liens, and related searches as applicable) are obtained and stated with source and as-of date. When the lender supplies a filed gross-receipts figure under borrower authorization, Credeity reconciles that figure against observed bank credits for the stated tax period. Each tested item carries a verification outcome.
Supplemental analytics
Payment Discipline Index and receivables analytics sit beneath verification. They describe observed payment timing and AR posture over the review period; they do not replace corroboration of the file.
What you receive
A completed verification engagement: the Credeity Evidence Report and, where ordered, the Analytics Supplement. Independent, methodology-documented, and consistent across files.
